I really liked Pollywog Christa's idea of listing favorite things. But, I decided to list both my husband's and my current 10 Top Favs. I hope I remember to do this a decade from now....to see how we changed. For me, 10 years ago wine, elliptical work out, contemporary classical music, Audible and Bindlewood Toys would not have been on the list. I am not certain Digital Scrapbooking would be there either...crafting yes...but its been within the past 2 years that I've gone almost strictly digital for my art needs.
To make this page, I started with Sahin's Ancedote kit and templates; then I moved over to Sara Gleason's Artifact. I needed to add a title so I used alphabets from Pink Reptile Designs, Make a Change, and Just Jamiee Year In Review 2018.
oh the graphic feel to this is butt kicking woman! Maggie (I think I remember her from yesterday, but I have slept since then, bhahha) did you frame and change opacity or another photo cut lightened, I love that effect! and you have to tell me what those 2 blue things are in the little photo? is that a bindlewood, now I have to google...bhahahha I googled and am giggling, the NOW is awesome
I absolutely love this Lisa! It has such a magazine like quality to it and I love the photo of you & Donald along with that large photo of your cute Pup!! I love that you also had your husband participate in listing his favorites too! [I think those things are Army entrenched for the day runner to keep a look at things yearly as we do that too ] It is fun to look back at the list a year or two later to see what favorites you had.. especially with this being a new decade! Love the vellum overlay on the photo of your pup, the stitched banner title and all the elements to accent your page. Terrific page! Thanks for playing along with the MOC8 Day 2 List challenge!!
@AnneofAlamo Hi Anne. Yes, that is Miss Maggie again. She's getting old...so I stuff her into book bags to go hiking...rather than having her walk herself. About halfway through, she falls asleep...lol! And yep, those are the Bindlewood toys from Amanda Louise Spayd. I have a few toys from her husband too, Chris Ryniak. I find I have a fondness for weird art dolls and toys.
