this is so beautiful...and so true....i made a book for my inlaws of all the letters they sent each other from their courtship and some from during the war.  i also have love letters from my dh before we were married.  trying to stay modern i printed out and made a book of all my kids emails during their freshman years in college.
 
you have made a special layout that will continue to be meaningful as life changes and there isnt mail as we knew it

This is such an outstanding page, Christa! The layering & shadows are just gorgeous! I love handwritten letters, too. My best friend moved to England when I was 12, and I still have all the letters she sent! You're right, it's like seeing the person come to life! : )
