Journaling: "Growing up Mom would make pork shoulder butt instead of Corn Beef and Cabbage for St. Patrick’s day. It has been about 4-5 years since I have found a Freirich Pork Butt in the store here, We were so happy to enjoy an Irish meal for dinner including a nice Guinness and an Irish Coffee for dessert. The next day I used the leftovers to make a nice hash and eggs Brunch! Yummy and “almost” as good as Mom’s!"
