journaling: it started with a cartoon coming on PBS while we were at Grandma Betty’s house - I immediately recognized Daniel Tiger from my own childhood, as the sweet little friend of Mister Rogers. I got a little teary-eyed, that you would never know how wonderful that show was, or what the red sneakers and sweater meant to a six-year-old me - but really, there are a lot of things that are nothing like they were when I was a child, not as innocent or simple.
