@crazycat1126 Thanks!! I actually only duplicated the layer of cutouts and clipped different papers to it and then moved the layers around a bit.
It was really easy and fun,

@aballen did you use a template to start?

@crazycat1126 I didn't use a template. I used one of the shapes included in the cookie cutter tool in PSE. I duplicated that layer a few times and clipped different papers to the layers.
