This is adorable!! I like the selective coloring and how you used the paint to look like "cleaning" streaks! I hope it *does* last into his teens too! hehe!
oh i remember this stage (although DD had a 'talking vaccuum' and DH being the engineer he is kinda removed the talking bit to save our sanity!)- love the mixed title & the gesso adds a perfectly fitting squeaky clean, mopped tiles look too!
