Description
Goal set and achieved! My husband wanted to try something completely new for him. I'm not much of a runner myself anymore, but had fun training and running with him to check this box - Castaway Cay 5k complete.

Good work! My husband is getting into running right now so I enjoyed reading your journaling and can relate. I love how you made the title a part of your journaling. I also admire how much texture and movement that one white paint adds!

What a great accomplishment. The beginning of running in the cold and wet sounds hard and not fun, but the finish in the warmth and sun sounds amazing! What an end! Love the way you titled it, and focused on the 5k, and your experience!
