Description
I didn't plan it this way but it turns out that our candy-based science lab fell on Halloween week. The layout theming is 75% "this looks like Starbursts", 15% "Halloween candy", and 10% "school" :p

I love your explanation of this page's theming in percentages. :) Great choice to start with the colors and work backwards; the background paper is my favorite! I also love the square post-it to match the square Starbursts.
