Double thanks @AnneofAlamo. Cormorants don't have oil on their wings (so they can dive deeper) so it's a common sight to see them drying their wings like this. As for the manatees, I have the photos in the spreads to make pretty. Hopefully I can get those knocked out and posted tomorrow. Stay tuned.
