The journaling here is about our last time in South America, this is an area called Caminito in La Boca, a neighborhood of the capital in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It has an amazing history, with the Italian immigrants painting all the front houses so very colorful as they would use the left overs paints from the port where they worked painting ships. The area was very poor for many decades, I even lived there (to my parents horror) when I was young in a the actual corner house which was at the time a shared patio with many rooms, shared bathroom. The area has been completely transformed in the past 2 decades, is now a trendy , touristic main attraction, with art galleries and typical shows. We took the Double Decker bus to visit the city with my friend Pamela & Sarita as she wanted to see the city properly now she is old enough to keep the memories.
