Butterfly Meat

One day, one of the girls asked for some lunch meat as a snack, and I remembered how my mother used to make a “hot dog man” for me. I quickly thought of a way to make lunch meat more fun, and “butterfly meat” was born. It’s been a favorite in this house ever since.
