So we got this awesome restaurant in the mall that has both me and Eric addicted, called Burger Fusion. Burger Fusion Company was created to elevate the burger dining experience. They specialize in gourmet burgers, signature mac ‘n’ cheese dishes, roast beef sandwiches, and build-your-own shakes – all served in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Every dish is made-to-order and our unique menu features fresh, regional, and local ingredients and craft beers. They have these out of the world burgers you can’t find anywhere else such as The Turducken Fusion (A flavor-packed fusion of ground turkey, ground duck, and ground chicken topped with a cranapple marmalade sauce, leaf lettuce, tomato, pickles, peppered bacon, and mozzarella cheese on a white bun; this burger is something to cluck about.), The Oktoberfest Fusion (Wear your loose lederhosen if you plan to dig in to this fusion of ground Angus and ground brat topped with Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, peppered bacon, beer mustard, and caramelized onions on a pretzel bun. Nobody will blame you if you shout, “Gemütlichkeit!&rdquo

, The Kansas City Fusion (A fusion of ground Angus and ground pork topped with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, BBQ potato chips, smoked Gouda cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bun will have you wanting more of the Show Me State!), and The Mediterranean (ground chicken and top with herb mayo, spinach, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives on a white bun. Opa! ). Plus they have tons of other special burgers to choose form , even a burger of the month that is always so good! Of course they have regular burgers as well and their build your own burger. I also can not rave enough about their roast beef! It is better than Arby’s even! And the kids can not get enough of their amazing mac and cheese dishes. (Kai loves the crabby mac that has crab meat in it, and Asia loves the pizza mac). Their prices are always so reasonable and they have a special offer on ½ lb burgers and mac and cheese after five pm! All burgers and mac and cheese are only $5 can’t beat that! It makes it our favorite date night spot or even family dinner joint! And they also have a club that you get stamps for each burger you buy and they 10th is free! Talk about a bargin! My favorite by far is the Couch potato! It’s the best way to eat your favorite chips without getting orange fingers. Ground Angus burger is bursting with pub chips, peppered bacon, caramelized onions, garlic mayonnaise, and blue cheese crumbles on a pretzel bun. OMG say yum? Just thinking about it has my mouth watering!
