Oh gosh Kendra.. love this!! First off, I love BLT's Second, I love the large letters with the red white gingham/tablecloth covering.. perfection!! Loved reading your journal card, and yup it sounds like that is a gourmet style BLT and sounds so very yummy! Love how you documented your page.. perfectly scrapped! Well done!

@Angela Toucan @cfile Thanks! I searched for quite awhile trying to find a doodled sandwich to no avail (lots of burgers in the store, but that didn't work for a BLT page) so I just drew one on my iPad and used that instead!

if there was a prize for biggest title .ever. , i think you'd have just won it, and go you on the doodled sandwich! (IDK if you learnt much Aussie slang while you were here but we say "sanga's" - pronounced like you 'sang' a song but with the 'ah' sound you'd make after a game changer BLT like this on the end) and clearly Jason's culinary knowledge extends beyond breweries and i can see how this would seal the deal - love that you have commemorated this and i'm sure this recipe will become an heirloom passed down thru the generations for your fam
