Blooming on Christmas

I love this clean and elegant page, this is wonderful. Christmas cactus are great plants.

I love all the inner shadowed circles with the mix of pattern papers, the one that is textured and looks like snow along with that fabulous title work. Your photo of your Christmas Cactus is fantastic and for it to bloom on Christmas?!! How perfect is that! I love the placement of the date stamp too... your tag and journaling is perfection! Absolutely great. I love the Clean and simple style and how you chose the perfect colored/patterned papers to accent that fantastic photo. Great composition too!! Well done! @trekmom , thank you. It took me several attempts to create a layout with only 12 elements for the style challenge. I’ve got several other pages nearly finished so it all turned out well.

@cfile Thank you for your encouragement. That “snow” paper is anything but snow. It’s more of a repeating branch pattern that changed to snow when I minimized the full-size paper. I don’t know if that’s a thing but I often do it when I need to fill a smaller space like these circles. I love the effects I get. I’ve learned so much about my own style preferences from this challenge. Thank you.
