The girl (well, she is actually in her 30s,)in the photo is my new helper, Nelma. I knew her from Sarita's primary school. One of her children even came to spend Halloween with us She is a Health Care Assistant so knows her way & is making a huge difference. She is also an amazing cook, so, huge difference there too, I have managed to cook a few meals with her help, and she has cooked on her own the days I wasn't able to, she even went to a length and got in Sarita's bedroom so we were able to eliminate the mess... that is what I call a blessing!
