mmm I'm trying to think about the combination chestnuts with pumpkin...yes, could work...what is the other ingredient on top? not tahini? not sure how tahini paste can taste with pumpkin...but I am always up for new trys!!!!!! the page is gorgeous! love the photo, in Brazil and Argentina we also make sweets with pumpkin for dessert...here in England pumpkin is only available 2 weeks , not even that, sometimes only 10 days for Halloween...and people don't eat it LOL Love the buttons, the whole thing is so very creative!!!! can't believe I missed this from Kim, great job on the page, as usual!!!!!!!
 
you can't imagine the taste Cynthia. It is really unbelievable. you know our kitchens are so unique and they can make almost everythings' taste gorgeous. I can translate an ordinary dessert's recipe by the way. there is at least two type of cooking way for this one but one of them is so hard. they put the pumpkin 24 hours in the lime (not the lemon.It is chemical one). British people are so, ummm unique! :p It's not common for everybody but we can make pumpkin soup, dessert, vegan meals or cake. Actually we don't use it for a celebration and nobody carry a huge pumpkin to home. they cut it and sell it by cleaned and cutted parts. it is so practical for us ;) until end of summer, you can eat the dessert in every traditional restaurant. we are planning to visit London next spring and I think I can bring some for you If I can find some pumpkin at May :)
