Thanks to the miracle of modern medicine, I got to be able to spend the afternoon with my grandmother for the first time in over a year! Due to fully being vaccinated with the Johnson and Johnson Covid Shot, I had the chance to kidnap grandma from the nursing home and spend the day in the sunshine with her. We enjoyed some ice cream bars, good conversation, back rubs and most importantly hugs. It was the perfect day and one we both truly will remember.
