Oh yes, Jenn and quite controversial. That's how they get the tuxedo look for better or worse. Few vets will do it now except for "show dogs". They also "dock" or cut their tails shortly after they are born, sort of like circumcision(( She is a beauty and our other one has "natural ears" and is adorable; hence the levi and tuxedo reference))) thank you for your comment!
