Beach Day!

You had never been to Fort Myers Beach before. We were planning on going last year for my 33rd birthday, but sadly we got stuck in the nightmare called ATL airport for three days instead! So when I had five days off and had the idea of trying again, you were not too sure! I made a pack we would not go through ATL this time... as it can be a nightmare for non-revs like us! Well we made it! We stayed in my parent’s HUGE house right near the beach. Spent five wonderful days in Paradise! But one of our most memorable was the day at the beach. While it took forever to get there (even though it is less than two miles away!)...the traffic and road work had us waiting over 45 mins to cross the bride! Our day at the beach was magical! Eric couldn’t wipe the smile from his face. We laid on the beach, met some pelicans, found sand dollars and star fish. Eric even stepped on a sting ray! And majorly freaked out! We saw the sunset fall into the ocean... and met some great people from around the world. Memories made to last a lifetime!
