[free stock Owl photo from pexels.com that I copied, changed copy to b/w, made another copy of b/w, then ran water color filter on one of the b/w , on the other b/w layer above I ran the inked outlines. I then took the orig color photo and brought that above the b/w photo layers and changed blend mode of color to "color".]
