Fred is my love bug but he's giving me a run for my money, he can't be trusted near any food at all. I left an open container of raw chicken out for 30 seconds, he had a piece in his mouth. I let my raisin bread out, he licked all the butter off and I worried all day because raisins are poisonous, he jumped up on the counter and was licking the soup out of the pot on the stove. That's on my husband. Now, he covers it. We stopped giving them lunch around 7 months old and now at almost one year, they still remember and are annoyed with us. Fred is almost 14 pounds. Ginger is almost 10. She's fine. Fred has to lose some weight before the check up in May! Doc is gonna say he's chubby.
I love your page! Remi (our mini aussie) is a counter surfer and she has gotten raw hamburger, bacon and chicken in the last month or so. We try so hard but she somehow manages to get at it. We are getting better though b/c she hasn't gotten anything this past week. Each time we freak out, afraid of bacteria, splintered bones in her digestive tract, ugh...so scary. Of course she is emboldened by the wins she has had lately so takes each meal prep time as a challenge to win.
Omgosh, they are preciouos and this is such a great page! My Oliver is much like Fred lol Food can't be left anywhere. And he is in cahoots with the dog. He steals the food and throws it down on the floor so the dog can share Such a fun page and they do look so loved!!
@IntenseMagic I love that your cat is in cahoots with the dog! What a good dynamic duo you have! Thank you. @flowersgal Thank you, they keep us hopping and I'm thrilled? @onaponakookt Thank you so much. @bcgal00 Thank you, I loved reading about your Remi, "Counter Surfer" is hilarious, I'll be using that now too.
