Wow - look at those beautiful wings - what a cute costume! I can see why you remember it, always great to scrap these things!
(P.S. the word kit I think is meant to be kid - just didn't want you to go and print it and find out that it was wrong - I've done that one too many times!)

It's so cool that you have a picture of this. I remember fun costumes that probably weren't the great in real time; wish I had the photos, though.
