@flowersgal Yes, it is, Patsy. She's not really living there yet, because there's no electricity, which means no AC and a "few" other necessities. She couldn't wait to get in there and start decorating, though. She's running on a generator right now and "country girl" that she is, she had to go start it by hand last night and spilled gasoline all over herself. She just laughed it off. Indomitable Spirit, that one!

@Eyeore Thanks for the sweet comments, Stefanie. Yes, she's making her mark alright. I forgot to add that she also fell in the mud after spilling gasoline all over herself. Only Ava would laugh about that.
@cookingmylife Thanks so much, Maureen! That was pretty much the look I was going for. Ava has actually been doing mood boards for well over a year of everything she wanted to do in her home. (She even does mood boards for her personal life.) She's an amazing young woman and indomitable for sure! She has an this wonderful spirit about everything - even the bad things.
