Journaling: I saw a clip on Facebook where Jamie Oliver made stuffed flat bread. It looked so good but I haven't had the chance to try it before. One day on vacation we hadn't decided on a lunch and both were hungry, so I decided to try to translate the recipe into Swedish and make the bread. It went beyond expectations and the bread turned out really good! It really is a new favorite, so I will definitely be making it again!

That looks so yummy, Ann-Sofie! How fun trying a new recipe and so glad it was a winning dish in your house! Jamie Oliver has some great recipes and so glad you were able to translate it. Love the kit you used.. it is perfect for your page. The journal card and recipe card with your framed photo of your finished dish along with the masked in circle on the bg paper.. fabulous!
