Aspen
I think one of the best things about Aspen is every single season is gorgeous and there is always something to do. That was an idyllic time, not that we knew it then, when surprises for big birthdays happened. 4th of July was special with a big/little town parade and finishing the day laying on the grass outside the music conservatory listening to wonderful music. Cathy made red white and blue jello pieces and dea Margaret covered head to toe for her beautiful skin. These days have come and gone but I will remember them with great fondness.
