April Journaling Challenge 2022 Stress

I used Allison Pennington's Life Unhinged kit, In Between kit. stamp, PB paper 3 and paint. Lynn Grieveson's Messy Ink Marks circles 2.
I make a list every day. This way, I feel like I was productive but also, I've been doing a lot for lately for my mom. It's a long day driving from my town to hers and taking her to a doctor appointment. It's never just the dr appointment, it's "take me to Walgreens, to the bank, to Whole Foods", etc. Rush hour traffic stinks on I-95 in CT.
