@MrsPeel It was supposed to be a carrot cake, But Rosie made it with apples instead. No recipe its from a mix she bought.

if as he likes making cakes that aren't from mixes, still dead easy to make , I have a few recipes... I got into making healthy sweets when diagnosed with diabetes, I have a banana and an apple cake recipe , actually, many apple ones Hugggzzz (still love the page so much!!!)
