Journaling reads-
Halloween has always been my favorite holiday.
But the only thing I have done for it was dress up
and give out candy since about 2004-ish. Not for
lack of trying. I just couldn't get anyone to go do
anything with me. And going somewhere alone,
with my social anxiety, was out of the question.
So, dating someone who loves Halloween as much
as I do is awesome! We had been planning to be
Morticia and Gomez Addams for months. The night
before, I did a practice run of my makeup and put
on my wig and sent him a selfie. I'm so glad I did.
Halloween night I was too sick to go out. I was
devastated!! Gayle didn't want to go to the party
without me, but I pursuaded him to go. I didn't want
to ruin his halloween, too. Plus, I was going right back
to bed. So he came over and tucked me in. And I took
these photos of him. He's so awesome!! Next year...
