      Yum! love your layout! one of my favorite salads has snap peas in it! Easy Peasy! Take your snap peas and put them in boiling water for 90 seconds, pull out and put in bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Use sliced up crisp cucumbers and grape tomatoes cut in half. Fold in easy dressing recipe of lemon juice & zest with fruity olive oil and salt and pepper. toss all ingredients.
