Description: This was the worst mortgage experience ever - All the kings horses and all the king's men were apparently trying to work on my file. Three ladies asking me same things, over and over, days and weeks apart, and not only not telling each other the answers but forgetting they had them in an email from me. Humpty didn't fall, I pushed him!
