I love the interest created by journaling diagonally with the shape of the chevron, the use of the ivory textured cardstock as the dominant background paper, how the shadow work makes the pale-yellow floral backing paper look as if it is below the cardboard and how it draws attention to the blond highlights in Miller’s hair and the yellow on the underside of the turtle’s legs.
