I have been waiting for you to post this one... it is stunning, stunning, STUNNING! Love that photo so much and your journaling and the colors and every little funky fun element! Oh yeah and the title alpha. It's all just perfection on a 12x12!
I agree with Karen! I LOVE what you have done here. the B&W photo extracted against the orange/yellow paint really stands out and your journaling almost brought a tear to my eye.... I really like all the art journaling elements you included too!
I have tears from your journaling! I see the change happening in my oldest this year as he turned 12, grew taller than me, and had his voice drop to a deep crackle! There's even some peach fuzz growing under his nose! My baby!!!!! They grow so quickly!!
I love how you put this together and how the black and white photo pops against the artsy background!
well, not surprised about the GSO, I would have most definitely picked it....I was in love since I saw it when you first posted....and now reading the journaling I like it even more...if there is one thing I thank God constantly is for Sarita having had the best ever start in life, and I could educate her in a full on family orientated way...she loves the family, and she is very latin on the touchy feel thing....whilst the British are not...not saying is wrong, each to their own, but the proximity with my child, the expression of love is big time part of parenting, I reckon.... and the fact that still at 17 she wants cuddles and kisses before she goes to sleep or even sometimes just because....that keeps me fighting for life I know girls are easier in that way...and I'm gonna go because I just saw I write a Bible here LOL anyway...see? you get to my heart with your pages...impossible to drop a two words comment & go...you rock my world Shannon!!!!!!!!! Hugggzzz
Beautiful Shannon.. Love the title work, and the gold and reds very royal which goes right with the theme of the layout. Your son is handsome and the journal, so heartfelt and touching. So glad you were able to get the photo shoot in! Congrats on the GSO!
