what a gorgeous photo. i love love LOVE the line of WA strips bordering the bottom of the photo. so good ... have to remember that idea and lift it!

you know what is my feeling with this? looks like I am looking at one of those family & homes magazine, or the People or one of those that do articles on Royalty...the photo is so neat, perfect, and, of course, the way you scrapped it makes it into an even more amazing one, gorgeous choices, perfection , super clean cut lines and oh my so much elegance here!!!!!! gorgeous all over (as always!!!!!)
