I created this page when I found an old picture of my daughter sitting by the window. I don't remember this picture but here it is and I decided to capture this moment on a page for the memory of my daughter. Below are pictures of her when she was younger just before she got sick. I thought that this page fits the challenge quite well. This was a challenge for me for I am not very good at journaling or scrapbooking. But I love to learn more about doing it. For this page I used a template by Amy Martin to help me organize it and the papers are from WHEN SKIES ARE GRAY by Valerie Wibbens and elements are from Valerie Wibbens SPRINKLES 31 and I used a frame from Paisley Press.
a huge hug and pure love to you, your page is filled with such emotions, and your journaling is from your heart and that is the best place to draw from!
What a lovely memory page. Sending warm thoughts your way.
O and by the way your journaling is great, and so definitly is your scrap pages -go do more ...
your journaling is full of emotion, you are doing great with the scrapbooking "traditional" style.... we have a tendency to not wanting to get out of our style, but then sometimes trying out new things can bring the most amazing pages....love this, the dark colors speak with the journaling too.... you are doing great as I said, keep going
This is such a wonderful page and your journaling is just beautiful. I love the style of your page and the mellow background colors with the bright pops of pink and turquoise - very nice. Big hugs to you and thank you for sharing your page with us. Thank you for participating in the challenge.
