Beautiful journaling and I love your layout with that wonderful photo extending over both sides. The dotted ribbon? stripes make a great background for your title.
I absolutely love this Jenn. I love the journaling and that large photo.. so beautiful. I am so sorry that the Kids growing up is hitting you so hard, but in the same respect, I am so glad you are able to get your beautiful thoughts and feelings out into your little Traverlers notebook. [My Mom had her calendar and would write notes like a journal in there and it meant a lot to me when I found it in 2012 when we were packing up the house after my Dad passed- to read her feelings with what she was going through with different things.] Your documenting these moments in time is truly beautiful, and years down the road when you have grandchildren running around you will look back in the traveling notebooks from now and you will be smiling.. They say when one door closes another opens, and that is so true... the kids are growing up and leaving the nest, yet they will return bringing new life back into the home for you to spoil and love XO and hugs my dear. Thank you for sharing this with us.
@cfile Thank you SO MUCH for that - you helped me write the inside cover - I had a blank spot, as I moved some things around, and wasn't quite sure what to write - I wrote a note to Keegan (as I'm sure I'll be doing this again next summer when Emma leaves for college - so she'll have her own book). But I wrote it as if he will find it one day, many years from now, and know how much I loved him and what I was thinking during this transition.
