I think your garden is looking fabulous!! So lush and full! It is difficult for me to imagine so long in the same place...for 24 years I kept moving every 3-4 years.

@ArmyGrl A dear friend of mine was a military wife for many years and she had a plaque that she kept adding the places they lived in every time they moved. Her sweet daughter would take a new nickname everywhere they moved. Ella has grown up and moved out now. I adore her. Thank you. Can you imagine, my husband being at the same company for 38 years? Life is good. I better get my bum outside and get my indoor plants inside before the first frost. Val.

After making this, I went out and began getting the garden ready for winter, I brought my palm trees inside and transplanted them into new pots with clean soil, planted the mums in the pots on the walkway, and cleaned up because I made a giant mess and I need to go to the dump soon.

Just a dump update, I went to my kid's house and my house, at the dump, 400 pounds left there. I impressed myself.

I saw this in the thread and I loved it so much!! Your garden is gorgeous and I love the large stitched down numbers. 34years! We just bought our first house in the US.. I am wondering if we will be in it for as long as we have wandered!
