I'm curious if your "combat" training is as intense as it sounds!? A special outdoor Christmas session sounds like so much fun. I've really slacked off a lot in the last few months but need to get back to exercising in the new year. Maybe I need a class like this to kick my butt in to gear. It is my most challenging class -- it's different from anything I've done before -- it is a LesMills BodyCombat class I feel fortunate that my Y offers a couple of these.
