love the choice of alpha and the 'snowballs' across it - super choice of big photo too! the colours of their ski gear stand out beautifully with the landscape - did you run a photo effect over the image or this is straight out of camera? because it's very cool (no pun intended) with the trees and snow almost looking B&W!
