I was never too keen on spicy food, it took Sarita to grow uo and start taking a taste for it, then very, very slowly I started going for it, but still I got for the very mild strength. We cook a lot at home Brazilian food actually most of the dishes we put the spice on the plate, but we cook a lot of Asian and Caribbean and we came to compromise with Sarita to have it mild with a bit of a kick, in the photos in top and bottom is an Asian chicken marinated on a honey & spices, grilled, then a glaze of lime & coriander with demerara sugar with rice noodles and papaya. The frying pan has some Polish sausages with fresh rosemary and apples, now I better go before I get sooo hungry I wont be able to think LOL

This page makes my mouth water. I'm not into spicy foods much and have noticed how many restaurant foods have become hotter and hotter. You used color so well here and love the pix!!
