journaling: Today we go to Agios Stefanos - a beautiful sandy beach on the south coast of Kos. This beach is located in the bay of Kefalos. It is a special beach, because on the beach itself is the ruin of the basilica of Agios Stefanos from the 5th century. Exactly opposite Agios Stefanos is the island of Kastri on which the striking white church with the blue dome of Agios Nikolaos stands.
