On the photo: The Spanjeveerbrug is a bailey bridge over the Moervaart in our village. The bridge is over 67 meters long and built on two wooden half-timbered pillars and is only one lane wide. The bridge can only be used by pedestrians, cyclists and cars.
The bridge has been in use from April 1977. Before that you had to take the ferry to get to the other side of the water.
