Journaling - This year, I’m going to let myself play and make a mess and have fun. Play can be with scrapbook supplies or in the dirt outside. Play can be alone or with Benjamin and Todd. Play can be loud and chaotic or slow and quiet and small. Play can be dancing around and singing along. Go and play. Play is whatever I feel like doing in the moment. Play can be learning something new on my iPad. Play can be curling up in the living room with Cricket and an actual book. Play can be just enjoying the quiet while I watch Todd and Benjamin Play in the yard. Play more.
