The North/South freeway in Spokane has been being built for maybe 50 years... a LONG process... They were buying up peoples property for it when we left in 1975. that said, there has been progress, I am amazed at how far it goes... way out north of the city... The East /West Freeway was in place when I was a teenager... and I assume the plan is to connect the two... Anyway, I was surprised and amused to note the fancy artwork on the current end of things... Still a couple of miles away from being connected!!!!

That is pretty unexpected to have art like that on the end of an unfinished freeway. Lol. We have a highway like that near us that was started when I was a kid and just finally was connected and finished a couple years ago. I love the textured background paper you've used for the background.
