Dennis and I have been friends since the fall of 2017. We met on a dating site and he lives in Reno. For whatever reason , we never became anything more than friends... but both being single and with not many people in our individual lives, we both have struggled to do things like travel, so when he invited me to go to Gold Beach and ride the Jet boats on the Rogue River, I was more than happy to sign on. He is a pleasant and agreeable companion, and we both enjoyed the trip completely... One of the issues has always been his hearing , or lack of it... He came to Redding a few days early in order to visit a Hearing aid place, I wanted him to try. That story is told a few pages ahead... but the results were so amazing, that the hearing was never an issue on this trip... part of the fun, was that we had both been to this area in other lifetimes, so we each had memories that the sights triggered...
