Journaling (in Portuguese) goes more or less like this:
we went back to cooking back from scratch, cut our hair, coloured it, gave a refreshing energy to our look and, even though the house is falling apart (more like buried in so much stuff we need to give away or sell) and these past couple of months have been the start of a process which is not as balanced as we would like it to be, here we are, with positive energy, conscious that we have a huge blessing and, despite the battles, we are better of than many, carrying on the path with all the love in our hearts and all the love of our families, both the blood one and the chosen one, praying for the world to stop going g backward...we are here, grounded, strong....
