Lovely layout and definitely a good week. I always enjoy your photos and am intrigued by "tikka masala" -- sounds like an Indian dish. What exactly is it?

@flowersgal Patsy, Chicken Tikka Masala IS an Indian dish. One of the reasons I got an InstantPot was to make some of my favorite Indian dishes and not pay $20 for a restaurant portion. I like my own Saag Paneer better than the bought version! (I have an Indian InstaPot cookbook but found these recipes to show you what the food looks like and a hint of the taste.)
