2021 Wk 1 Duo

Week one was still mostly 2020. Fortunately, it was a relatively quiet week so we both kinda just chilled. We got carryout from Lima Chicken & we both had forgotten how good it was. Two meals out of it for Dick and three for me. What a bargain. I had a haircut from Sharon which godwiling will take me into a post -vaccine time! Godwilling! The 29th saw the arrival of the new freezer. Yay!! On the 30th, I had a run to Costco with a return & a bunch of items for the food bank. I also picked up an order of Flemish Beef Stew from Flamant. It was a surprise meal for Dick and while pricey, it was delicious and went on for several meals. New Year’s Eve? nothing happening for us. But on Jan 1, I went downstairs in my socks, slipped and fainted. Not an auspicious start to the New Year!
