Description:
I used the Bloom and Grow stamp to make my background from this set: https://the-lilypad.com/store/COLLAB-Bloom-and-Grow.html

Everything else is from there too (https://the-lilypad.com/store/COLLAB-Bloom-and-Grow.html), and I changed the opacity of the top layer, moved it slightly, removed some overlay stamps, cut out a few to show where the stamping may not have been perfect etc.
