I'm wondering if this comes from the Hmong people now resettled in the US. Wonderful colors for that rose.

@cookingmylife this is absolutely from the Hmong people; in MN, we have the largest group of resettlers from this culture. This one is part of a 20-rose art installation throughout my city (Roseville) for this summer.
