Well, here they are. My first
official selfies of the year
2020. I used to take selfies a
lot more often, and I’d try and
try to get it right - to make
sure I looked happy and pretty.
Well, right now, I’m smiling
just looking at these selfies
because, even though they are
not my best pics ever, I didn’t
have to try hard at all to look
happy. Because this time - I
truly am! I spent so many years
choosing to be happy, when really
I was struggling a ton with how
life was going for me. It was
hard for me to put on a brave
face and be joyful through it
all. Well, this time I feel
so freaking blessed because
I’m just happy. Truly,
from the bottom of my
heart happy. I really
didn’t think I’d get to
ever feel this way, but
I do, and I’m so thankful!
